Primex Corporation (PRMX) was incorporated in 1986 to engage in the development of real estate including purchase, lease, and disposal of land and other real properties.

For the first quarter of the year, consolidated revenues reached PHP 7.44 million. The company did not have real estate sales versus its recorded PHP 69.09 million sales in the same period last year.
This was mainly because of the self-imposed moratorium on Goldendale Subdivision real estate sale. Real estate price hike affected the said moratorium.
Most of the revenues generated were from other income amounting to PHP 7.444 million. However, it was lower by 8 percent from the recorded PHP 8.082 million in the same period last year.
Interest income is flat at PHP 1.40 million. Rental income was also down by 14 percent at PHP 5.72 million versus PHP 6.673 million last year.
PRMX disclosed today, July 11, 2018, that it had launched the construction of its latest project, the Primex Tower. It is a 50-storey office located in Greenhills in San Juan City.
The tower will rise on a 1,944 square meter corner lot, with EDSA, Connecticut Street, and Florida Street surrounding the property. It will have 12 floors of above-ground parking and 38 floors of office space.
The property will also have 41,000 square meters of leasable space, ranging from 200-300 square meters each. The total construction would take roughly 4 to 5 years. The estimated cost is around PHP 3.6 Billion.
The company also just recently completed another project named, The Stratosphere, which is a 31-storey residential condominium. The project is located at the center of Salcedo Village in the Makati Central Business District.
PRMX continues its rally after its initial break above resistance at 3.16. Price is now above the short and medium term moving averages. The 15 EMA and 20 SMA are poised for a bullish crossover with the 50 SMA.
Volume already supports a bullish outlook. MACD is also bullish. RSI is bullish. However, it has already hit overbought levels. Support is estimated at 3.16 while next resistance is expected at 3.82.
