If you see “This account is inactive” every time you log in, it means PayPal made two attempts to bill you but both attempts failed. It could be due to an expired credit card or other reasons. Please make sure your credit card information is up-to-date and your PayPal account is in good standing. To regain your access, please click the PAY OR RENEW button. It’s either you pay thru PayPal like what you did before or you can pay thru other payment options available.
If you see an EXPIRATION DATE on your account, you have to deposit your renewal fee before the expiration of your account.
